Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Nichome ships internationally. Please select your desired country from the drop down menu when placing your order.
If you do not see your desired location, our logistics partners cannot deliver to that country.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship from Japan and are typically handed our logistics partners within 24 hours of being placed.
Can I adjust or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We accept cancellations made prior to the order being shipped out. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products and delivery charges.
Orders are typically ship out within 24 hours of being received; After the order has been handed over to our shipping partners, we cannot cancel or retrieve the order.
Please carefully review all orders prior to placing them to ensure no errors in products, quantities or the shipping address.

Can I choose a delivery time and date?
Delivery times and dates for Japan delivery can be specified. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
Delivery times and dates for orders delivered to countries other than Japan cannot be specified.
Will I incurr additional Customs or Duties on my order?
Customs and duties charges are calculated at checkout based on the country of delivery.
Charges for duties and import taxes are estimates based on avaliable information at the time an order is placed.
Can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please contact Customer Service, via the Contact Us form on this page, making sure to include the order confirmation number.

How can I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into this website by clicking on the above link or by accessing the "My account" button located on the bottom right of the hamburger menu on smartphones or via the profile icon on the top right hand corner on desktop computers.
After pressing the button, you will be re-directed to a log-in page where the e-mail account used to place the order should be used. A seven digit code will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After successfully inputing the code, you will be directed to your order history screen.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into this website by clicking on the above link or by accessing the "My account" button located on the bottom right of the hamburger menu on smartphones or via the profile icon on the top right hand corner on desktop computers.
The e-mail account used to place the order should be used.
Alternatively, use the form on this page to contact Customer Service.
Can I adjust or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled via this website.
Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to cancel or retrieve it. Orders are typically handed over to shipping partners the day after being placed.
If your order falls in between the grace period of being placed and being shipped, kindly contact us via the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page or via e-mail at contact@nichome.co with the Order Confirmation Number to cancel the order and we will cancel it on your behalf and—with the exception of Japan delivery COD orders— promptly issue a refund.
We kindly ask that you carefully review all orders prior to placing them to ensure no errors in products, quantities or the shipping address.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping.
If you would like complimentary gift wrapping for your order, please select “Gift Wrap” on the order confirmation screen.
One wrapping sheet and a sticker is provided free of charge for each order.
For deliveries within Japan, we will wrap the orders on your behalf. However, since overseas deliveries are subject to customs clearances where the package may be opened, we include the wrapping paper and stickers in the order without wrapping for you.
For deliveries outside of Japan where the gift wrapping option was selected, an order sheet with the price included will not be included in the order, but it is necessary to write the value of the package on the customs sheet for deliveries outside of Japan.
When will my refund be processed?
Returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 28 days.
