Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders dispatch from Japan in the order in which received. All packages are tracked and a tracking number will be provided in the order confirmation. Please keep this number on hand as it will be necessary to answer any questions about the order.
Delivery & Returns: For Delivery Within Japan:
Estimated Delivery Date
Orders are typically delivered between 2-7 days from completing order payment.
*Delivery times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions as well as the delivery address.
*Estimated delivery dates for some items, such as pre-order items, may vary. Please refer to the detailed information listed for each product.
*Orders ship from Japan and adhere to the Japan calendar. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japan holidays will be processed in the order received on the next business day.
*Delivery may be delayed during the holiday period such as Golden Week and the end of December/early January period. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Delivery Date and Time
Delivery times may be specified as follows. If no delivery options appear, delivery will be completed at the earliest possible date and time.
A delivery date between 6 and 15 days after the order date can be specified.

Order Tracking
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping estimates can be calculated by adding products to the cart, clicking on "Shipping" and filling in the destination.
Registering Shipping Addresses
Shipping addresses can be registered for expedited checkout.
Purchase Invoices
A Purchase Invoice will be enclosed with your order. Please keep it on hand, as it serves as proof of the purchase.
Delivery & Returns: For Delivery Outside Of Japan:
All orders are dispatched from Japan. We offer standard delivery for orders placed before 1PM JST, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in Japan, where orders will dispatch on the next business day.

Customs & Duty Charges
Customs and duties charges may not be included and remain the responsibility of the order recipient.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are placed prior to the product being manufactured, thus the exact delivery date cannot be determined at time of sale. Please reference product description for a general timeline.
RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased on nichome.co in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 48 hours of delivery in the following two instances:
① The order arrived damaged
② The wrong item was dispatched
Returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging and documentation. Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 28 days. For refunds or exchanges on in-store purchases, please refer to the details on your store receipt.
In-store purchases must be returned to the store they were originally purchased from and should not be sent to Customer Services. Please ensure that all nichome.co returns sent to our Customer Service team are handled by an insured carrier. Nichome cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive or for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning the items. Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised stationery. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise exchange or online gift card. Exchanges will only be offered at the current retail price for items that are in perfect condition, with the original packaging, and are part of non-discontinued collections or lines.
ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
We are happy to accept returns from customers in line with the above returns policy. If meeting the returns stipulations, kindly contact us via the Contact Us form on the website. Alternatively, e-mail us with the order number, a photo and the reason for the return request at contact@nichome.co. and we will respond within 48 hours.
Items must be returned to us within 28 days from the date of purchase.
We cannot take responsibility for any postage, custom and duties charges that your return may incur.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled via this website.
Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to cancel or retrieve it. Orders are typically handed over to shipping partners the day after being placed.
If your order falls in between the grace period of being placed and being dispatched, kindly contact us via the Customer Service link in Quick Links section of the footer of website or via e-mail at contact@nichome.co with the Order Confirmation Number to cancel the order and we will cancel it on your behalf and promptly issue a refund.
We kindly ask that you carefully review all orders prior to placing them to ensure no errors in products, quantities or the shipping address.
